Dive into a wilder world of inspiration as you hear from Developers, Keepers and some of your favourite creators as they explore Planet Zoo 2 for the first time and reveal new species! From habitat design to the future of conservation, learn more about how to build the zoo of your dreams.

How can I get tickets?

Tickets are available via the web app.

When gameplay sessions have sold out, you are still able to visit the Planet Zoo 2 Zoological Summit by purchasing a zoo entrance ticket from Chester Zoo.

Do I have to pay for the event?

There is a charge for attending this event, which covers both access to Chester Zoo and a small donation.

Where will the event take place?

The event will take place at Chester Zoo, Moston Road, Upton-by-Chester, Chester, CH2 1EU, United Kingdom.

When arriving at the zoo, follow signs for ‘The Square’ or ask a member of staff who will be able to point you in the right direction.

How many gameplay sessions will be available?

In total there will be 180 bookable 1-hour slots to play Planet Zoo 2 at the Zoological Summit. These can only be booked via the web app.

Can I join in with the event if I am not able to attend?

The event will be livestreamed via the Planet Zoo 2 YouTube account, keep an eye on our social channels for the times!

What language will the event take place in?

This event will feature interactions and gameplay conducted in English only.

Will merchandise be available?

We'll have a selection of merchandise available for purchase at the event, including:

Money raised from merchandise sales will be donated to Chester Zoo.

Can I take photos and video at the event?

Yes! We encourage you to document your visit and tag in our official accounts or use #PlanetZoo2. We kindly ask that you do not take video or photography of live gameplay screens.

Will I be photographed at the event?

Live images and video are being recorded at this event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending this event, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

I’ve seen tickets for sale – how do I report this?

Tickets for this event are only available via this website. If you become aware of tickets being re-sold, please contact community@frontier.co.uk

This event is created and delivered by Frontier Developments and Circle Agency, in collaboration with Chester Zoo.

Are there toilet and changing facilities on site?

There are toilet facilities located around the venue, please speak to a member of staff on the day who will point you in the right direction.

I have a 10AM gameplay slot, how can i get in early enough to make that time?

Your ticket includes entrance to Chester Zoo. You can access the zoo via the main entrance before this time, in order to make your gameplay slot booking.
